Настоящее соглашение регламентирует отношения между Администрацией сайта «androidapplications.store» и физическим лицом, которое осуществляет поиск, распространение и получение информации с помощью сайта «androidapplications.store», а также содержит сведения об обработке любой информации о Пользователе, которую Администрация может получить в процессе использования сайта Пользователем.

  • Мы не несем ответственности за нарушение авторских прав разработчиков ПО и Приложений, ибо опубликованные материалы и приложения были найдены в бесплатном доступе, либо загружены на сайт самими пользователями сайта (мы не в состоянии следить за таким объемом информации) , но согласны удалить любые материалы нарушающие авторские права по первому требованию. Правила поведения на сайте и порядок модерации

  1. Общие положения. Настоящий раздел устанавливает обязательные для Пользователя требования при использовании интерактивных функций Сайта, включая размещение комментариев и иных сообщений в публичных областях Сайта. Соблюдение указанных правил является существенным условием использования Сайта. Комментарии и иные формы публичного взаимодействия на Сайте представляют собой открытое информационное пространство, доступное для общения всем Пользователям на равных условиях — в пределах, установленных настоящим Пользовательским соглашением и применимым законодательством Российской Федерации.
  2. Запрещенные действия при публикации контента. Пользователю категорически запрещается:
    • Использование ненормативной лексики, нецензурных и грубо оскорбительных выражений в любой форме (в том числе завуалированной, транслитерацией, заменой символов и иными способами обхода прямого написания), независимо от языка сообщения.
    • Демонстрация вызывающего, оскорбительного, унижающего достоинство либо иного противоправного поведения, способного нарушить права и законные интересы третьих лиц, дестабилизировать нормальное функционирование Сайта или создать враждебную, небезопасную либо дискриминационную среду общения.
    • Оскорбление иных участников Сайта, а также распространение сведений, порочащих честь, достоинство и деловую репутацию третьих лиц, преследование (харассмент) и иные действия, направленные на давление, унижение или дискредитацию других Пользователей.
    • Публикация комментариев без содержания или предмета обсуждения (флуд) с целью накопления опыта аккаунта. Допускается общение на отвлечённые темы, однако сообщения, не несущие смысловой нагрузки (единичные символы, бессвязные слова, повторяющиеся фразы), расцениваются как нарушение и влекут удаление комментариев и пересчёт начисленного опыта.
  3. Специальный порядок информирования о вредоносном программном обеспечении

    3.1. Требования к сообщениям об угрозах безопасности: В случае обнаружения в размещенных на Сайте файлах признаков вредоносного кода, вирусов или иных угроз, Пользователь вправе заявить об этом в комментариях к соответствующему материалу. Администрация рассматривает такие обращения исключительно при условии предоставления Пользователем мотивированных доказательств. Комментарий должен содержать детальное описание проблемы и/или ссылки на верифицированные результаты анализа (включая, но не ограничиваясь: отчеты антивирусных сервисов, результаты анализа исходного кода или иные материалы технического расследования).

    3.2. Недопустимость распространения недостоверных сведений: Сообщения, содержащие голословные утверждения (например, «там вирус», «не скачивайте» и т.д.) без предоставления объективных технических доказательств, расцениваются Администрацией как заведомо недостоверная информация (клевета), которая способна нанести вред деловой репутации Сайта и авторов контента.

    3.3. Временное ограничение доступа: Администрация оставляет за собой право временно скрывать от публичного просмотра любые комментарии, содержащие обвинения в наличии вредоносного кода, с момента их публикации и до завершения внутренней проверки.

    3.4. Порядок рассмотрения и верификации: Все мотивированные комментарии, оформленные в соответствии с п. 3.1 настоящего Раздела, проходят обязательную проверку специалистами технической поддержки Сайта в ручном режиме. По результатам проверки Администрация принимает решение о блокировке (удалении) файла, либо о восстановлении публичного доступа к комментарию Пользователя.

  4. Последствия нарушения Правил. Нарушение любых положений настоящего раздела (включая публикацию голословных обвинений согласно п. 3.2) влечет за собой право Администрации применить меры модерации, включая:
    • Временное или безвозвратное удаление материалов (комментариев) без предварительного уведомления Пользователя и объяснения причин;
    • Блокировку учетной записи Пользователя или ограничение его доступа к интерактивным функциям Сайта в объеме, допускаемом законом и условиями настоящего Соглашения.

Политика конфиденциальности

  1. Персональная информация пользователей, которую получает и обрабатывает Администрация
    • Под персональной информацией пользователя понимается: Персональная информация, которую пользователь предоставляет о себе самостоятельно при регистрации (создании учетной записи) или в процессе использования androidapplications.store, включая персональные данные пользователя. Иная информация предоставляется пользователем на его усмотрение.
    • Данные, которые автоматически передаются на Androiapplications.store в процессе использования сайта с помощью установленного на устройстве пользователя программного обеспечения, в том числе IP-адрес, информация из Cookies, информация об устройстве и браузере (или иной программе) пользователя, с помощью которых осуществляется доступ к androidapplications.store, время доступа, адрес запрашиваемой страницы.
  2. Цели сбора и обработки персональной информации пользователей
    • Идентификация стороны в рамках соглашений и договоров с Администрацией;
    • Предоставление пользователю персонализированных сервисов;
    • Связь с пользователем, в том числе направление уведомлений, запросов и информации, касающихся использования сервисов, оказания услуг, а также обработка запросов и заявок от пользователя;
    • Улучшение качества сервисов, удобства их использования, разработка новых сервисов и услуг;
    • Таргетирование рекламных материалов;
    • Проведение статистических и иных исследований на основе обезличенных данных.
  3. Условия обработки персональной информации пользователя и ее передачи третьим лицам
    • При использовании Androiapplications.store некоторая часть данных о пользователе (включая IP-адрес, действия пользователя на сайте, информацию из Cookies, информацию об устройстве и браузере пользователя) в автоматическом режиме собирается размещенными на сайте сторонними кодами показа рекламы, счетчиков статистики и систем веб-аналитики, видео-плееров, кнопок «Поделиться», опросов, виджетов сообществ и т.п.     • В целях обеспечения возможности защиты прав и законных интересов Администрации или третьих лиц в случаях, когда пользователь нарушает Пользовательское соглашение.
    • При обработке персональных данных пользователей Администрация руководствуется Федеральным законом РФ «О персональных данных».
  5. Администрация имеет право вносить изменения в настоящее Пользовательское соглашение. При внесении изменений в актуальной редакции указывается дата последнего обновления. Новая редакция Пользовательского соглашения вступает в силу с момента ее опубликования на сайте androidapplications.store, если иное не предусмотрено новой редакцией Пользовательского соглашения. К настоящей Политике и отношениям между Пользователем и Администрацией, возникающим в связи с применением Политики конфиденциальности, подлежит применению право Российской Федерации.

Rules of conduct on the website and the moderation procedure

  1. General provisions. This section sets out requirements that are mandatory for the User when using the interactive features of the Website, including posting comments and other messages in public areas of the Website. Compliance with these rules is an essential condition of using the Website. Comments and other forms of public interaction on the Website are an open information space available for communication to all Users on equal terms, within the limits established by this User Agreement and the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.
  2. Prohibited actions when publishing content. The User is strictly prohibited from:
    • Using obscene language, profanity, and grossly offensive expressions in any form (including veiled form, transliteration, substitution of characters, and other ways of avoiding the direct spelling), regardless of the language of the message.
    • Displaying provocative, offensive, degrading, or other unlawful behavior that can violate the rights and legitimate interests of third parties, disrupt the normal operation of the Website, or create a hostile, unsafe, or discriminatory environment for communication.
    • Insulting other participants of the Website, as well as spreading information that harms the honor, dignity, and business reputation of third parties, harassment, and other actions aimed at pressuring, humiliating, or discrediting other Users.
    • Publishing comments that have no content or subject of discussion (flood) in order to accumulate account experience. Conversation on unrelated topics is allowed; however, messages that carry no meaning (single characters, incoherent words, repeated phrases) are treated as a violation and result in deletion of the comments and recalculation of the experience awarded.
  3. Special procedure for reporting malicious software

    3.1. Requirements for reports of security threats: If signs of malicious code, viruses, or other threats are found in files posted on the Website, the User may report this in the comments on the relevant material. The Administration considers such reports only if the User provides reasoned evidence. The comment must contain a detailed description of the problem and/or links to verified analysis results (including, but not limited to: antivirus service reports, source-code analysis results, or other materials of a technical investigation).

    3.2. Inadmissibility of spreading false information: Messages that contain bare assertions (for example, "there is a virus there", "do not download", and so on) without objective technical evidence are treated by the Administration as knowingly false information (defamation) that can harm the business reputation of the Website and of the content authors.

    3.3. Temporary restriction of access: The Administration reserves the right to temporarily hide from public view any comments that contain accusations of malicious code, from the moment they are published until the internal check is completed.

    3.4. Review and verification procedure: All reasoned comments prepared in accordance with clause 3.1 of this Section undergo a mandatory manual check by the Website's technical support specialists. Based on the results of the check, the Administration decides either to block (remove) the file or to restore public access to the User's comment.

  4. Consequences of violating the Rules. A violation of any provision of this section (including publication of bare accusations under clause 3.2) gives the Administration the right to apply moderation measures, including:
    • Temporary or permanent deletion of materials (comments) without prior notice to the User and without an explanation of the reasons;
    • Blocking the User's account or restricting the User's access to the interactive features of the Website to the extent permitted by law and by the terms of this Agreement.

Privacy Policy

  1. Personal information of users that the Administration receives and processes
    • Personal information of a user means: personal information that the user provides about themselves on their own during registration (creation of an account) or while using androidapplications.store, including the user's personal data. Any other information is provided by the user at their discretion.

  3. Conditions for processing the user's personal information and transferring it to third parties

    • When processing users' personal data, the Administration is guided by the Federal Law of the Russian Federation "On Personal Data".
  5. The Administration has the right to make changes to this User Agreement. When changes are made, the current version states the date of the last update. The new version of the User Agreement takes effect from the moment it is published on androidapplications.store, unless the new version of the User Agreement provides otherwise. The law of the Russian Federation applies to this Policy and to the relations between the User and the Administration arising in connection with the application of the Privacy Policy.
